Bola Akindele holds a B.Agric in Animal Science from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the International School of Management, Paris. He is a fellow of both the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation and is MNIM. He had his internship with KPMG Peat Marwick, Ani Ogunde & Co. and joined the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 1989 and rose to become a Treasurer/Financial Controller of the ACGSF and a Bank of Examiner.
In 1993, Bola left the services of CBN to join Oceanic Bank Limited where he vigorously held the positions of Head of Operations, Chief Inspector, Senior Manager (Credit Administration and Recovery). Bola left Oceanic as the Group Head (Commercial Banking) and moved to Fountain Trust Bank Plc in 2000. While at fountain Trust Bank, he was at different times Group Head, Commercial Banking. He left the services of Fountain Trust as Divisional Head (Markets). Bola has attended several courses in Nigeria and abroad. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.
He brings his versatile and vast experience in finance, accounting and banking which spans over twenty years to Virtuality Consulting Limited.
He serves as the Chairman of Virtuality Consulting Limited.
Olayimka is a Certified Customer Experience Specialist with over 5 years’ experience in building and encouraging excellent customer experiences. She’s obsessed with innovating ways of creating amazing experiences for customers that’s absurdly satisfying and fulfilling.
She is also a certified HR practitioner, with focus on recruitment of the right human assets for organization, championing best business practices and birthing great places to work especially for Start Ups. She is an experienced people manager driving desired output and outcome through teams she has managed.
She is a graduate of University of Ilorin (B.A English Language) and writing her final year project for her second degree at the University of Lagos (Masters in Public and International Affairs, MPIA).
She is also the Program Coordinator for a Bi-annual Skills Acquisition program facilitated by Courteville Business Solutions Plc in addition to being a Certified Internal Auditor to help drive the Quality Management System (QMS) of the same organization.
Olayimka has gone on extensive Middle Management training for 3 years and interned at Nestle Nigeria Plc in order to put this to work.
She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Associate member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Full member of Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management (CICRM) and also holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management also from CIPM.
She is currently running her MBA program at Lagos Business School, Ajah.

Violet Oyanoghafo is the Head, Social Capital Management Unit, Courteville Business Solutions Plc.
She holds an MBA (Human Resources Management) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics as well as Diploma in Banking and Finance both from the prestigious University of Benin (UNIBEN).
She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria (CIPM), Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Chartered Institute of Public Managers of Nigerian (CIPMN), Institute of Professional Managers (IPMA) and also a member of the International Project Management Professional (IPMP).
She has experience in Customer Service, Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Protocol and Logistics, Internal Corporate Governance oversight, Special Intervention Programs Coordination, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Consulting, Policy Development and Archive Management.
She is a certified HR Consultant with major focus on High Performance Work Systems aimed at ensuring that the organizations pipeline of human resource is constantly fed with the right human assets at every point in time by attracting, recruiting and retaining the right fit while developing and implementing human resources initiatives that support the organization’s needs.
She is also a certified Internal Auditor and chairs the ISO Awareness and Communication Committee set up to drive the Quality Management System /Information Security Management System in Courteville Business Solutions Plc. She is the originator and coordinator of the CBS Bi-annual Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Program which started in 2015 and has successfully organised, coordinated and facilitated some of the sessions on tailoring, meat-pie making, potato chips production, and customer service essentials for businesses etc.
Violet has undergone an extensive Middle Management Training Program (Class room training) for 2 years where she won the award for Best Graduating Student for the 2 consecutive years and another one year on the field training where she rounded up with a one month internship program with Cornerstone Insurance Plc.
Her first working experience was with First Bank Nigeria Plc as an Industrial Attaché (2008-2009) where she served as a Customer Service and Accounts and Clearing Officer with the Ekenwan Road, Branch in Benin/City.
She undergone her National Youth Service Corp with Eko Akete Grammar School, Lagos Island as her Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) where she took SS1-2 on Economics.
She joined Courteville Business Solutions Plc in 2014 as a Customer Service Agent and has since risen to Head, Customer Service Unit, had a stint as Deputy Head, General Services (Human Resources Management, Training & Development and Protocol & Logistics) and she currently Heads the Social Capital Management Unit under Risk Management all within a period of 4 years.
She is the Founder/Chairman, Board of Trustees, KOSAREMY Foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at enhancing Economic Growth and Development through empowerment, she is also the Co-founder/Managing Partner at Violix Empressa, CEO of Clothfidence,
Co-founder of Egole Café, a business she effectively managed in collaboration with other team members from 2016 to 2017 before handing over to new management, she is also the pioneer/current Treasurer for Courteville Multipurpose Cooperative Society (Yaba).
She currently supports Virtuality Consulting Ltd with Human Resource and Business Operations.
